On July 5, Tessa and I had the ES Teck Body Scan done by Bram Stille in Haarlem.

This advanced equipment makes it possible to detect disturbances in cell functioning at a very early stage, so that a condition can be supported and corrected at an early stage of development.

The scan provides information about:

  • Functional analysis and measurements of various organs, glands and tissues
  • The estimates of the body composition / BMI values (height/weight/water/fat ratio)
  • Biochemical values related to blood values
  • Neurotransmitters statistical graph (including dopamine, serotonin)
  • Acidosis and alkalosis / Acidity in the body (total of the organs)
  • Oxidative stress (free radicals - determine the rate of body aging/oxygen uptake in tissue)
  • Cellular mitochondrial activity (energy plant of the cell/ATP)
  • Statistical analysis of risk factors
  • Proposals for any additional research
  • Heart rate
  • Estimation of neuronal excitability (brain (over)stimulation)

It is painless and only takes a few minutes, you place your feet on electrodes, an electrode on your finger and also 2 electrodes on your forehead. Blood pressure is also measured beforehand, although this can give a distorted picture if you are a bit tense before the scan.

It turned out that my autonomic nervous system is not in balance, the brake and accelerator so to speak, I am too much in the "accelerate" position. The sympathetic part of the autonomic nervous system is too active. This was no surprise, since I already felt this, I often have the feeling that I "have to" do all kinds of things and often I also have to do a lot because of the pressure at work.

As a result, my cortisol is too high. Hormone levels are also affected.

However, it is a good wake-up moment to start living more parasympathetically (the resting state of the autonomic nervous system) and to outsource/delegate more.

Furthermore, the overall body balance was good, weight, fat, muscles etc.

There will also be nutritional advice, including foods that are recommended and those that are not.

And a number of vitamins and minerals that need to be supplemented, in my case magnesium, zinc and fish oil.

I must say that since I started using these supplements I experience much more peace in body and mind.

All in all, I can recommend everyone to do an ES Teck Body Scan.
